The scale of the development is the erection of a free-range egg unit which will accommodate 32,000 free range laying hens. The proposed building extends to 110.5m x 24.5m with an eaves height of 3.5m and a ridge height of 6.865m. The egg packing building extends to 24m x 12m with an eaves height of 4.5m and a ridge height of 6.148m.


This application can be found on the ERYC planning application, it is of a considerable size, and sited in the middle of the hamlet of Arnold.
